Sattenapalli(Telugu :- సత్తెనపల్లి)is a town and a municipality 20 miles west of Guntur City in Guntur district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
Geography
Sattenapalli is located at 16.4°N 80.18°E.It has an average elevation of 71 meters(232 feet).Buddhist Relics at Amaravati
Amaravati is situated in Sattenapalli Taluk, 35 km from Guntur and 47 km from Vijaywada. The Buddhist sculptures at Amravati are world famous. It is renowned for the temple of Lord Shiva, worshipped here as Lord Amareswara.
